What most homeowners ask us first

Will my home stay warm in winter?

Yes. The Outback keeps heating and hot water running down to −15°C outside, with automatic de-icing. It was proven in Australia’s harshest climates first.

What will it cost me?

Systems start from £3,500 including radiators for a standard home. You get a fixed quote after a free check, with the £7,500 grant already taken off.

Will it lower my bills?

It’s built to. The Outback 5 kW turns each unit of electricity into up to 4.91 units of heat (SCOP 4.91), and its R290 system is designed to make the most of heat pump tariffs.

Who fits it, and what if it breaks?

Approved, MCS-accredited installers are trained and supported by us, backed by a warranty of up to 8 years, with UK support behind it.

Could you get

Can I get the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant?

The scheme offers £7,500 towards an eligible air source heat pump installation in England and Wales. Your property and existing heating must meet the scheme’s conditions. Our accredited installer checks eligibility and applies for you before you commit.

How long does installation take?

It depends on your property, the existing heating system and whether any radiators or pipework need changing. We explain the work and confirm a schedule after your free suitability check.

Do you offer finance?

Ask our team about the payment options available for your installation. We will explain the options and any applicable terms before you decide.

Will I need new radiators?

Not always. We check the size and output of your existing radiators as part of the home assessment. Your quote clearly includes any upgrades that are needed.

How do I register my warranty?

Your installer will explain the registration process and give you the documents after commissioning. Contact our UK team if you need help with registration or warranty cover.
